​Local Eureka Springs native  Doug Allen and his wife Pauline are long time owners of Jose’s Bar & Grill located in Tontitown. Since 2004 they have been serving delicious “Ozark Mex” in Northwest Arkansas and now will be serving some of the best award winning southern pit bbq in the state. Taking over a legendary restaurant of this quality from another legendary restaurant owner (Bob Wilson) will be no easy task but with the core of the remaining long time Bubbas crew we are determined to make good food and service happen.  We will diligently CONTINUE the legendary Bubbas formula/recipes of Bob’s great food and great service while mixing in some of Jose’s mojo just because that’s a big part of who we are and what we know. We will continue the brilliant restaurant legacy, built by Bob and his family, with our many years of restaurant knowledge and commitment to community involvement.
